1. Scope of Work & Quotations
All formal quotations provided by Peribuilders Construction are based on initial site surveys and architectural or structural drawings provided by the client. Any subsequent variations, structural anomalies, or additional work requested during the project will be agreed in writing via an itemized variation order prior to commencement.
2. Planning Permission & Building Regulations
Unless specifically contracted for architectural design and planning management, the client remains responsible for ensuring that all required Planning Permissions, Permitted Development Lawful Development Certificates, and Party Wall Agreements are in place prior to site start. Peribuilders Construction ensures all physical building work strictly adheres to current UK Building Regulations.
3. Payment Terms
Project payments are structured according to agreed milestone schedules (e.g., mobilization, foundation completion, structural watertight stage, first fix, second fix, and final completion). Interim valuation invoices are payable within the agreed credit term.
4. Guarantees & Workmanship
Peribuilders Construction warrants that all construction work will be carried out with reasonable skill, care, and in accordance with standard British building practices, Building Control standards, and manufacturer specifications.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
